Comfy sofa & bed

I ordered this sofa online, hoping it would be worth the cost. It absolutely is. The sofa is a very pretty blue, true to the photos online. It's comfortable to sit on, recline on and sleep on. The bed came in two very large, heavy boxes and definitely needs at least 2 to put it together. It wasn't difficult to put together, but it took quite a while. The instructions could be clearer. Something lost in translation? But the parts are well marked and once you get started, each step is similar. The sofa is very easy and fast to pull out to make into a bed and just as easy to push back to return to a sofa. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a smaller couch that can also be an extra bed for guests. I slept on it several nights while moving into a new apartment and it was very comfortable.

1.What should I do if the logistics tracking hasn't been updated?

We will deliver your products to the logistics provider as soon as possible after receipt of the order,  and  you  will  receive  the  tracking  number.  Please  check  the  shipping  progress  on  the logistics provider's website. Please be patient as there may be a delay between shipping and the logistics provider's scanning. If there is no update for more than 2-3 business days, contact us or directly  call  the  logistics  company  to  inquire  about  any  potential  issues,  such  as  holidays  or adverse weather conditions causing delays.
2.Why does my package appear to be opened and repackaged?

Sometimes, due to the excessive weight of the  package, delivery  personnel  may open  it to  facilitate easier handling, ensuring they can manage it on their own. They then repack the items  to maintain the integrity of the packaging. While this may sound unusual, occasional situations  like this can arise.
