Shipping Locations
We ship only within the United States, excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
We do not ship to FPO, APO, or PO Box addresses.

All orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.
Shipping & Delivery Estimates
We strive to ship in-stock items as quickly as possible, often on the same day or the next business day. Please note that some orders may take longer to process. If you order multiple items with different availability dates, you may receive separate shipments. Delivery generally takes 6-8 business days, depending on your location and the carrier.
In the event of force majeure (such as weather disruptions), order processing may be delayed, but we ensure to process and ship your order as soon as possible when conditions improve.
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 3 business days at service@aecojoy.store. Include any visible damage details to help us process your claim quickly.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive two emails for every order:
1.Order Acknowledgement Email: Confirms your order details.
2.Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes your order number, carrier information, shipment date, and tracking number.
You can also track your order 24/7 by signing into your AECOJOY account and visiting the "Track Your Order" page.

Delivery by Weight
- Orders under 150 lbs will be shipped via UPS/FedEx.
- Orders over 150 lbs will be delivered by truck.
