After a heavy snowstorm, my neighbor’s wooden shed leaked, but this metal cabinet kept everything bone-dry.
It's a nightmare to put together, a ton of pieces. Once put together the doors didn't line up properly. I'm going to have to get self tapping screws and adjust the doors. The shelf pins are the flimsiest I've ever seen and didn't work because the metal is wrapped around the back of the panel, which doesn't allow the PIN to go through. Had to buy new pins and make a hole. Not impressed with this for almost two hundred bucks.
This storage cabinet took some time to put together, especially the doors. The instructions were not the greatest and the holes for the support brackets didn’t line up. I ended up removing them cause they were causing the doors not to close properly.Once I got over that hump I became satisfied with my purchase. Definitely wear the gloves that’s included!!! Some of the pieces have sharp edges.I also suggest getting an under shed mat as shown in my picture. As you can see I used one of the shelves as the base floor and there’s still a small gap. The mat will help water from seeping underneath when it rains. Luckily I did the research and purchased it on Amazon at the same time.I’m definitely going to peel the plastic off. Looks ugly leaving it on after putting it together. So far the shed is meeting my expectations, satisfaction and purpose. Especially for the price!
Assembly took 20 minutes solo—holes aligned perfectly. Best part? The top shelf fits my microwave when I host outdoor dinners!
We’ve had this outside for a few weeks now — through wind and rain — and it’s doing great. Nothing inside has gotten wet, and it still looks brand new. Simple, sturdy, and does exactly what we needed.
