Arrived in great condition. I wanted a cover for my grill and this is perfect. I put it together by myself in a few hours. Directions are easy to follow. So far it has held up well in heavy rain and strong winds.
I receive the product a few weeks ago and started asssmbling the pergola. It wasn't until I got to the end that I realized I didn't have any of the roof tiles. I reached out to aecojoy to notify them of the issue. A few days later they respond stating the tiles are backorder and I won't receive them for 20 days. Now I have a roofless pergola sitting by my pool waiting for the ceiling tiles.
While a little tricky to get the top pieces in well it's lovely put together ...im loving having a covered deck
It's very easy to assemble as long as you follow the instructions carefully. Attention!!! There are two packages, so one will arrive first and then the other.
I was looking for a pergola that could handle different weather conditions, and this one exceeded my expectations. It keeps my outdoor furniture dry in the rain and provides nice shade on sunny days. Definitely a great addition!
