I wish I could leave 0 stars. This product not only arrived damaged but is cheaply made. Lots of pieces with no predrilled holes. I reached out about the damage and provided pictures and I was offered an $80 refund. Then I was bribed for another $20 to leave a 5 star review. I took the $100 refund (with no intention on leaving a 5 star review) and my husband tried to fix the damage. Over the next couple of weeks, it got worse and worse and more pieces started breaking (window and door). I reached back out and they pretty much told me they can’t help me in any way shape or form. Absolutely insane. Stand clear of this website altogether.

This is a beautiful greenhouse once it’s all together, which is why I bought it… However, there are multiple weaknesses, which you should address as you build it: First off, unless you have a team of like three people to hold things in place while you build up from the base,, there is no way you’re going to successfully construct this according to the instructions. I found it necessary to build a temporary external exoskeleton to keep things intact while I built it up. Also, once it is constructed, it is not structurally sound in any sort of heavy wind. With this in mind, when you’re considering your options, note that almost every joint, vertical and horizontal is going to have to be reinforced with metal or wood, which adds to the cost…
Plants are thriving much better inside this setup. The environment feels more controlled and stable. It really helps extend the growing season.

Although we hope to avoid such occurrences, they might happen unexpectedly. If you discover any issues with the product after installation, please contact us immediately, and we will assist in resolving the matter. This problem is common with heavier cases and is not usually seen with regular products.
3.Why is there a slight difference between the product received and the advertising pictures?
