The aluminum tubes are strong but not heavy, which made putting the gazebo together easier. They don't rust either after a summer of rain and humidity, the frame still looks brand new. No more dealing with heavy, rusty steel parts.

I am impressed with quality and the sturdiness of the shed.
Assembly went well and the instructions were very easy to follow.
The only complait I have is the hardware amount. I assembled this out in my yard and dropped a few pieces (washer,screw,nut).
Being in black and small it was really hard to find in the dirt and grass. Some extras would have been nice!

But all in all, I am very happy with your product!

1.What should I do if the logistics tracking hasn't been updated?

2.Why does my package appear to be opened and repackaged?

Sometimes, due to the excessive weight of the  package, delivery  personnel  may open  it to  facilitate easier handling, ensuring they can manage it on their own. They then repack the items  to maintain the integrity of the packaging. While this may sound unusual, occasional situations  like this can arise.
