My item arrived in 2 boxes. The first box was fine. The 2nd box which contained the metal for the roof arrived damaged. The metal bent on both sides, every single piece. I this was a week ago! I still haven't gotten a resolution. They tried to offer me $50 for damages!!! Ridiculous when thats the main part of the entire thing and it costs over $500!!!!
It doesn’t look like much when you open it but after getting it together, it becomes clear how well it is made. I do wish the instructions were better, many things are not clear. But if you have any brains you can figure it out.
Cabinets were very thin metal. It also was of different sizes and didn't close properly. When I asked about a return, they said I would have to pay for shipping and could only receive 80% of the price. Or I could accept $15.00 credit. Not good customer service.
