No written instructions on step by step assembly just drawings and numbered parts....confusing if not assembled correctly pre-drilled holes do not line up be ready to drill your own holes.....parts missing and no response from company on missing items...good luck!
Customer support was very helpful but the item itself is kinda confusing it doesnt tell you anything in the directions only show you pictures of the steps yo do and a code for each piece. It doesnt say which way it goes or anything else like in the dirrections it shows cetain piece goes over on this side but it doesnt fit like the pucture shows. And then while assembling some of the screws are aluminum so they don't stick to your magnet bits and is very difficult to put together. I've been modify mine because I don't have a wall to bolt it to I just have a eve on my house to anchor it to because I'm putting it on my deck and with some of the screws being aluminum it's hard to put it together because I'm reaching out about 2 ft into the air because there no way to put a ladder up because the roof is 12 feet off the ground
