Its a good awning for the price. But the instructions are not very good be aware of the front bar and put the valance strip in the grove next to the big channel for the arm of, the awning, besides that its a great looking awning.
Sun sets in my yard and this has it to wear you can tilt it down really quick with a 14mm, now I can enjoy my mid afternoons in gazebo, instructions were clear, took me about 1-1/2 hours by myself, the only park you would need someone else is when it comes to mounting the awning to its brackets, I used a ladder as second set of arms and it worked, but please be careful if your not so sure, ask a neighbor.
