Horrible customer service

My pergola package was missing a packet of very specific screws, ones we couldn’t find at a hardware store. I’ve been emailing customer service and they are telling me it will be 3-4 weeks before I can get a replacement. Still no confirmation that they’ve shipped it. Before they would even answer my questions I was required to send pictures of all three shipping labels and boxes. Meanwhile the whole kit is spread out over my back patio, 25% finished.

This was a great addition to our home. We find ourselves spending a lot more time outside than before.
