Got it up, looks great, and functions as needed. A couple of the rails were dented in at the ends but was easily straightened. Roof panels would not go in bottom to top as directions indicated, but with a bit of effort, we were able to get them to slide in top to bottom. The translucent roof panels are a bit of a disappointment. When the sun shines directly above, it gets very hot underneath. It took my wife and I a couple of short days with lots of breaks to construct it. It is very solid and looks very nice. I would buy it again.

Customer Service takes forever to reply. If you need help, you'll be waitinga few days for a reply. I had an issue with a part that was damaged during shipping and they did not want to help, luckily I bought the extra insurance which you shouldn't have to.
